Is shipping included?

Yes, if you live in the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales shipping is free for an order up to £50. Anything over will have a shipping charge.

Do you ship to the EU and Worldwide?

Yes, we do ship to both. There will be a standard shipping fee of £7.00 to the EU and £15.00 Worldwide.

Do you do Custom Orders?

Yes, please send your request to peak.drinkware@gmail.com and we can assist you with any custom orders.

What is your return policy?

Peak Drinkware does not offer refunds and all sales are final. If your order is received and is destroyed, defective or unusable, please send an email to peak.drinkware@gmail.com.

Do you do Wholesale?

Yes, we do. Please send an email to peak.drinkware@gmail.com with your special requests.

How long does my drinks stay cold?

Our tumblers keep drinks cold for 6 hours, and cool up to 10 hours.

How long does my hot drink stay hot?

Our tumblers keep drinks hot up to 4 hours and warm for up to 10 hours.

Are your lids leak-proof?

Our tumblers are vacuum sealed when the lid is correctly placed on and both the drinking hole and straw hole are securely fitted in place. 

Are your Tumblers dishwasher safe?

Yes, the stainless steel tumblers are dishwasher safe. Please hand wash the lid and stainless straw.
